Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1,5 mm kalınlığa sahip 6061-T6 ve 5754 serisi alüminyum saclar, alüminyum esaslı (AlMg4,5Mn) teli ile soğuk metal transfer (CMT) yöntemiyle birleştirilmiştir. Numuneler, alın birleştirme formunda hazırlanmış ve birleştirme işlemleri 50, 60, 70, 80 ve 90 A kaynak akım şiddetinde yapılmıştır. CMT işlemlerini gerçekleştirdikten sonra; 6061-T6 ve 5754 serisi alüminyum sacların CMT tekniği ile birleştirilebilirliğini görmek için birleştirmelerin çekme özellikleri tespit edilmiş, mikro sertlik değerleri ölçülmüş ve birleştirmelerin mikro ve makro yapıları incelenmiştir.
